Banned by censorship during Brazil’s military dictatorship, the film intercuts interviews with reenactments to tell the story of Wilsinho Galileia, who was killed by police at eighteen in the late 1970s. A thief from the age of fifteen, he was accused of multiple murders and arrested several times, until he was gunned down in an ambush at his girlfriend’s home.
