A filmmaker decides to reconstruct the path shepherds of his town used to take to reach the mountains, but nobody knows the exact route anymore. His intention is to film it using his family‘s old Super-8 camera, but he discovers that, after 41 years without being used, it can no longer record sound. The forgotten path and the silent camera are, alongside a donkey named Paolo, the protagonist of a journey full of memories, question marks and silence.
