São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will host a theoretical workshop on the theme “What is Documentary?” led respectively by the journalists and Media Communications professors Sergio Rizzo and Patricia Rebello, members of It’s All True selection committee.

Sérgio Rizzo is a university professor. He graduated from São Paulo Methodist University and holds a master’s degree in Arts/Cinema from theSchool of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo, from where he also holds a PhD in Media and AudiovisualProcesses. As a journalist, his career includes writing for daily newspapers, radio stations, TV and Internet portals. He is amember of It’s All True film selection committee.
Patrícia Rebello da Silva is a journalist and deputy professor at the Public Relations department of the Social Communications School at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). Is a member of the Board of the Brazilian Society of Cinema and Audiovisual Studies (SOCINE) and a member of It´s All True film selection committee. Holds a PhD and a masters degree in Media Communications from Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ).
