With never-before-seen images and sound recordings, this film creates a portrait of the Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla (1921-1992) and the revolution he led in the world of tango. The archive material belongs to his son, Daniel Piazzolla, also a musician, and provides us with a personal look, with family stories and memories of the problems faced in Buenos Aires. Also included are a series of conversations between the composer and his daughter, Diana, about art and musical composition.
