45 years ago, seven sisters decided to leave the city they lived in, Marulanda, a Colombian mountain town. They were originally 19 sibblings whose father, Don Luis, was the owner of a bar which was also the meeting point of the locals. From the moment in which their father takes up a tragic decision moved by grief, the children are discriminated by the inhabitants. United to protect their mother from the truth, the Castaño sisters leave to rebuild their lives elsewhere. Now it’s time to return.
